Cookie policy
Updated: 19 October 2026
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and, only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, the TikTok Pixel to measure our ads. We use no analytics cookies.
Cookies we use
ac_session — keeps you logged in (30 days, HttpOnly).
ac_visitor — links the homepage demo conversation and its daily limits (30 days, HttpOnly).
ac_google_state — protects Google sign-in (a few minutes).
Your browser (localStorage) keeps your choice from the cookie banner (ac_cookie_consent_v1, 12 months).
Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
The TikTok Pixel, provided by TikTok (TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland), helps us measure how our TikTok ads perform: page views, pricing views, account creation, starting and completing a payment, clicks on contact links. Cookies: _ttp and _tt_enable_cookie (13 months), tt_ttclid (the id of a click on a TikTok ad, 30 days).
For a payment made with consent, we also send the confirmation from our server (TikTok Events API), with your email only in hashed form, the IP address and the browser. Without consent the pixel is not loaded and nothing is sent to TikTok. Details: TikTok's privacy policy (tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea).
How to control them
You can change your marketing cookie choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the page footer; if you refuse, the TikTok cookies are deleted. You can also delete all cookies in your browser settings; without ac_session you will need to log in again.
