Terms of service

1. What the Service does

An AI assistant that reads and, only with your explicit approval, changes the ads in the ad accounts you connect (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest). Accounts are connected through our integration provider, on each network's official authorisation pages.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and entitled to manage the ad accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity in your account.

3. Confirming actions

Any action that changes an ad account (creating or launching campaigns, new ads, budgets, bids, keywords, targeting, pausing) runs only after you press “Confirm” on the card shown. By confirming you take responsibility for that action.

You can set a daily budget limit; the Service does not propose or apply budgets above it. New campaigns are created paused by default.

4. Artificial intelligence

Answers, analysis and ad copy are generated automatically by AI models (Claude, by Anthropic) and may contain errors or omissions. Check the information before confirming an action. We do not guarantee ad results (sales, conversions, costs).

5. Plans, tasks and payments

Plans include a monthly number of tasks and a number of connected ad accounts. A task is one request the assistant completes (for example an analysis, a new campaign or a report); answering the assistant's questions and confirming its cards are part of the same task, and messages that need no work on your accounts are not counted. An unusually large request may use up to 3 tasks, only after you explicitly approve it in the chat. Unused monthly tasks do not roll over. Task packs bought separately do not expire.

When tasks run out, the assistant pauses until renewal or a pack purchase; your ads keep running normally. The free trial lasts as stated on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time in Settings, effective at the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT.

Ad spend is paid directly to the ad networks and is not part of the plan.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for illegal or misleading ads, ads that break the networks' policies, or to access accounts you are not entitled to manage. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for the ad networks' decisions (rejections, suspensions) or for spend you approved.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; important changes will be announced by email or in the app. Romanian law applies; disputes go to the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) through ANPC, the Romanian consumer protection authority (https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/), or apply to the competent courts.
